Surgical Procedures

From the operating room to recovery, the well-being of your pet is our priority.

We offer routine and non-routine surgery, as well as orthopedic surgery. Your pet will be in the excellent hands of our animal health team.

What kinds of surgery does the clinic perform?

We practice general and orthopedic surgery, including spays and neuters, gastrointestinal surgery, removal of tumours/masses, and more.

To learn more about the different surgeries we offer, contact us and our veterinary team will be happy to speak with you.

What should I expect when my pet goes in for surgery?

Before surgery, the veterinarian will ensure the procedure doesn’t pose any risks to your four-legged friend. The veterinarian will conduct a physical examination, and if the surgery requires general anaesthesia, we might also do your pet’s blood work.

Depending on the type of surgery, we might also keep your pet for observation at the clinic to ensure comprehensive post-op care. Once your pet is ready to go home with you, our team will give you instructions on how to care for your pet following their operation; for instance, any medication or special food they’ll need.
