Behavioural Advice
Becoming a pet owner means being ready for everything that comes with it. Welcoming a pet into your home can be a wonderful experience, but you might still find yourself faced with difficult situations at times—including behavioural issues. But that doesn’t mean you have to deal with them alone! We’re here to help you get your cat’s or dog’s problematic behaviour under control.
How do the behavioural consultations work?
First, you’ll have the chance to speak with the veterinarian and our other animal health professionals about why you’re consulting. The goal is to get to the root of your pet’s behaviour issue and develop an action plan to address the problem.
When should I consult the clinic for behavioural advice?
What’s important to understand is that behaviour issues are always a reaction to something else. And the problem usually won’t go away until we find the cause.
Consultations fall into three categories: aggression issues, anxiety or destructive behaviour.
